DO NOT DISTURB, IN CONTEST PREP MODE!

Getting into the gym for me is easy, getting out is the problem.  Because Im not the kind of girl that likes to go out partying until the morning (been there done that when I was a free woman), sit at coffee shops & kill time (not enough hours in the day), go get my hair & beauty services done etc etc, when I go to the gym thats MY TIME.  I wear my headphones, download my favourite tunes on my ipod, and switch off from EVERYBODY around me and spend time with me, myself & I.  Im there to work, not make friends.  Bodysculpting is a serious job in the gym.  I dont like to  talk to anybody while I train and as soon as Ive finished my workout, I recover and come back to the world.
You might think Im a bitch when you see me train, but being a hardworker, independent go-getter all your life, you know how to manage time.  I dont use the excuse, I dont have time to go to the gym.... It takes me 1 hour and 30 mins exactly and thats including my cardio, abs, weights and shake... I dont mingle through sets and exercises. I take my workouts seriously, thus my results.  My mind is in my muscle and my time is precious.
During my on season and when Im preparing for a show its very easy to get distracted as I train in the afternoons so I can do my cardio in the morning and have enough meals to be able to do my workout later on in the day.  More people are in the gym.  I like training in the morning as there isnt anybody in the gym compared to the evenings.  U cant get around the machines... I love it when people recognise me and admire my hard work but I feel very sad when they interrupt my workout and as me questions because its my time now and I cant work with myself when I have to give advice to others.  My Facebook & website have info & tips, and you can contact me for your workouts with the services that I offer which will be available to purchase online soon, and until then we can work it out through Facebook.
Mingle on the cardio machines, not through my workout, because I do stop when you distract me.  I love to help people and thats my nature, but believe me Ive let myself down because I havent given my workout 100%.

Time to Prepare...,

After my Ms. Cyprus 2010 win, my life had changed.  Its very frustrating gaining & losing weight for competitions so I try to stay in shape in my offseason.  There is no offseason, its a lifestyle.  That way I just have to tighten up a little, diet less and not risk losing muscle tissue.
In December I had a mini operation, nothing serious, but  I had to gain weight for my Dr. to operate on me.  On came 5 kilos, still not enough, on came another 5 kilos and I had just made it... Putting it on was easy, it was Xmas time, piece of cake, especially when youre living in the Mediterranean Sea.
The Dr. said in one month I would be ready to train, little did I know there was a chance of not training if I hadnt recovered.  Just my luck, I couldnt train until April :( and if you cant train the last thing you want to do is eat right...Yeah, emotional eating....Arrrggghhhh, there goes on another 5 kilos....
Since then Ive lost the weight of my emotional binge thank goodness for your support and keeping me motivated.  Im still not in my usual offseason range although I am very hard on myself but thats no reason to whinge.  Ill get there, yes I will.  So Ive decided to start a little early this season, shape up and come in easy for my competition which will be held in October in Nicosia... If I take the title, I will be taking part in my first Amateur Event to represent Cyprus at the 27th Mediterranean Championships which will be held in Malta.
Thats exciting news!  Only 18 weeks out and maybe 17 weeks out for the qualifier.  Summer here and I love training in Summer cos you drink more water and burn more fat... So lets get the party happening.  I will be posting pics and videos of my progress and training, cooking my meals, my supplements and all will be availabe to view on my athlete page on Facebook and then you will find everything on website as Im in the progress of  building that also.  www.frosoluca.com
Remember, when youre a mummy, family comes first, so you have to be prepared to take each day as it comes.  This is alot easier for us, thats how I like to see it, cos we keep busy between meals, where as if you dont have a family, you may not have so much to do other than look at the fridge.... :)  Always see the positive and you'll always have a smile on your face!
Train Hard - Eat Clean - Keep Smiling :)
